What is the maximum size of parcel I can send  by Next Day Service?

The maximum parcel size accepted for ND Parcel Service is: L250cm x H90cm x D80 cm. The actual weight of your parcel MUST NOT EXCEED 30KG

There are NO LIMITS on the number of parcels you may send, therefore our tip to remember is "AVOID SENDING LARGE BOXES, PACKAGE YOUR ITEMS INTO SMALLER BOXES"  this will help to reduce the delivery charge.

What is the maximum size of parcel I can send  by Economy Service?

The maximum parcel size accepted for ECONOMY Parcel Service is: L100cm x H50cm x D40 cm. The actual weight of your parcel MUST NOT EXCEED 30KG

There are NO LIMITS on the number of parcels you may send, therefore our tip to remember "AVOID SENDING LARGE BOXES, Re-Package your goods into SMALLER BOXES"  this will help to reduce the delivery charge.

Please note that Irregular or Oversize parcels will attract extra volumetric weight charges.  There are NO restrictions on the number of parcels you may send so re-package goods into smaller boxes where possible.

What is the maximum WEIGHT & SIZE I can send by Same Day Courier ? 

Small Van - The maximum permitted weight for this type of vehicle is 400kgs. Vehicle payload dimensions are - Length 167cm - Width 90cm - Height 152cm. This size vehicle will accomodate 1 standard size or euro pallet. Charges are based on mileage from door-to door therefore you may fill the vehicle to it's maximum capacity for the same delivery charge.... 

Large Van - The maximum permitted weight for this type of vehicle is 800kgs. Vehicle payload dimensions are - Length 280cm - Width 95cm - Height 165cm. This size vehicle will accomodate 2 standard size pallets or 3 euro pallets. Charges are based on mileage from door-to door therefore you may fill the vehicle to it's maximum capacity for the same delivery charge....

XLarge Van - The maximum permitted weight for this type of vehicle is 1200kgs. Vehicle payload dimensions are - Length 400cm - Width 110cm - Height 185cm. This size vehicle will accomodate 4 standard size pallets or 6 euro pallets. Charges are based on mileage from door-to door therefore you may fill the vehicle to it's maximum capacity for the same delivery charge....
